  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Duration

  • Delivery typically takes 3–14 business days depending on your location.
  • Delays may occur due to high order volume, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and location.
  • Any promotional or free shipping offers will be clearly indicated on our website.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp.

6. Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels
