- Returns must be requested within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Clearance or final sale items.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
